  • Initial interview with hiring party to identify areas of concern and desire.
  • Review of annual reports, sales reports, product reports, strategic plans, and data relevant to review.
  • Interviews with selected staff members.
  • Watch work in progress.
  • Provide working action-planning sessions.
  • Collect input from employees and marketplace.
  • Make recommendations. Include resources and potential actions to pursue along with a projection of potential savings and/or revenue gains.
  • Present the recommendations to selected Board and/or employee team.
  • Remain available for six months for telephone consultations – not more than 10 hours a month.
