1. First – the revenues of your organization establish the value of the ideas because the larger your revenue, the greater the likely value of the ideas I propose.
2. Second – the smaller your organization, the more likely it is that you do not have internal expertise to uncover the ideas I’ll deliver.
3. Third – the larger your organization, the more likely it is that teams are stumped searching for improvements that will lead to cost savings and to increased revenues.
